A Bowling Alley from the Past

Inaugurated in 1955 by emperor Haile Selassie himself, the six lanes Guenet Bowling alley in the Ethiopian capital is a dive into the past. Once the player shoots the ball, young men hidden behind the background wall have the task to reset the pins, point out the score and throw the bowls back, an attractive analog feature making the best out of the impossibility to repair machineries that date back to the royal opening.
